The HGSS Annual General Meeting (AGM) and annual fun-filled Trivia Night will be held on Friday November 18th starting at 7:30pm in the Thomson House Ballroom.
The AGM will begin at 7:30pm where we will provide details on the upcoming events for the upcoming year and give you the opportunity to give us your feedback and ideas about potential workshops and events. Please fill out the survey by Wednesday Nov. 16th.
At around 8pm, we will proceed with Trivia Night! Make your own team of up to 6 people, answer fun trivia question, meet new HGSS members and get the chance to win great prizes! If you can’t find/fill a team, talk to your site reps or email us and we will assign you a team! Important to note that teams of more than 6 people will not be eligible to win a prize.
Snacks and beverages (beer and wine) will be provided but we recommend you still have a more substantial meal before the event.
