Planning and optimizing your qRT-PCR experiment

There is currently an effort to standardize the way qRT-PCRs are designed and published, with the establishment of the MIQE (Minimum information for Publication of Quantitative Real Time PCR Experiments) guidelines. In this workshop, we will go over the principles of qRT-PCR, planning your experiment and how to troubleshoot your results.
