A Practical Approach to Gene Expression Analysis
When: 9.45am-5pm, Friday, October 17th.
Where: Stewart Biology Building, computer suite N4/17
This follows on from our qPCR workshop last year, after which many people requested more information about analyzing the output of qPCR experiments. This year, we’ve got a refresher session about theory and design of qPCR experiments followed by the main session with real data sets for you to practice analyzing. Finally, there will be time for you to ask questions about your own data so bring anything along that you would like some help with.
Note that bringing your own laptop is recommended but certainly not mandatory.
Handouts will be printed for those who sign up…
Please SIGN UP by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of the day Wednesday, October 15th.
9.45am – 12noon Session 1: qPCR Theory (optional)
